Richard is a valued and dedicated member of Whitener Law Firm. He joined the team in 2010 after 13 years in private practice in Albuquerque. Richard graduated from the University of New Mexico in 1994 and was admitted to the New Mexico Bar Association in 1997.

Following more than a decade as a general practitioner, Richard’s passion found root in helping New Mexicans battle the injustices often confronting those injured in automobile accidents. Richard is experienced and incredibly knowledgeable. He is dedicated to each and every one of his clients and treats every case as a priority.
