Thomas is a vital part of the Whitener Law Firm team. He has over 20 years of experience in personal injury law and insurance bad faith claims. Thomas is dedicated to his field and his clients. He is a managing shareholder in the firm and on the Board of Directors. Thomas is incredibly knowledgeable and experienced.

Formerly a Presidential Scholar at the University of New Mexico, Thomas has been recognized for many achievements throughout his career. He now devotes much of his free time to charitable causes throughout Albuquerque. For example, since 2007, Thomas has been a member of the New Mexico Christian Legal Aid, an organization that provides free legal advice to the underprivileged.

Dan has worked for Whitener Law Firm as an attorney since 2012 and has been a shareholder since 2017. Dan attended the University of New Mexico where he earned his bachelor of arts in English with a concentration in pre-law and a minor in earth and planetary sciences. He was a member of the Sigma Tau Delta international honor society and the Golden Key international honor society.

Before joining Whitener Law Firm in October 2015, Matt was an associate attorney with the firm of Conklin, Woodcock & Ziegler, PC, where he defended clients in diverse matters including: wrongful death, personal injury, oilfield accidents, employment lawsuits, and civil rights cases.
