Daniel D’Addio
ATTORNEY
Daniel F. D’Addio joined Whitener Law Firm, P.A. in May 2023. He works primarily in the area of personal injury. Prior to joining Whitener Law Firm, Dan represented individuals, businesses, property owners and insurance companies as a defense attorney at an AV rated defense firm in New Mexico. Dan uses the experience and insights gained working for insurance companies to advocate on behalf of injured clients.
Before attending the University of New Mexico School of Law, Dan served in the United States Army for 22 years as an Infantry and Special Forces soldier. His assignments included serving with 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) on a Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha (SFOD A) and at the North Atlantic Treaty Organization Special Operations Headquarters (NSHQ). Dan deployed several times to Afghanistan and Iraq in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom where he earned 4 Bronze Star Medals. Dan retired from the Army in 2015 with an honorable discharge.
