Nichole Henry

PARTNER / ATTORNEY

Nichole Henry Bio picture

Nichole Henry is a partner at Whitener Law Firm, PA, where she dedicates her practice to standing up for people who have been hurt — whether in a car crash, a slip and fall, a dog bite, or something far more serious. Her deepest commitment is to survivors of sexual abuse, particularly children, and to elderly individuals who have suffered neglect or abuse in nursing homes. For Nichole, this work is deeply personal — she believes every client deserves a fierce, compassionate advocate in their corner.

Nichole’s results speak for themselves. In 2025, she and her co-counsel successfully arbitrated eight wrongful death cases arising from nursing home neglect, securing a combined arbitration award of $15,911,000. That same year, she and her co-counsel settled 27 nursing home neglect cases for $32,400,000 and resolved an assault case for $10,750,000 — bringing her 2025 total recoveries to over $59 million for her clients and their families.

Nichole’s path to becoming an attorney is one built on dedication and a genuine love for the legal community. Before earning her law license, she worked as a certified paralegal and served as the office manager at Whitener Law Firm, PA — giving her a ground-level understanding of what clients go through and what it truly takes to run an effective practice. She was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 2019 and the Texas Bar in 2024, and is licensed to practice before the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Outside the office, Nichole is a mom of two. Her son has built a career in information technology and AI, and her daughter followed her into the law — carrying on the family tradition of fighting for survivors of sexual abuse. Nichole couldn’t be more proud of them both.
